Terms of Use
Basic conditions for using Anvaya's clinical documentation and workflow service.
1. Scope of service
Anvaya offers software-assisted clinical documentation, transcription, notes, summaries, patient workflows and related tools. Particular features and availability depend on the version, account and service arrangements.
2. Authorised access
Use Anvaya only when you have legitimate professional or organisational authority. Google sign-in verifies an identity but does not automatically grant access to patient data. Keep account access secure, provide accurate professional details and promptly report compromised credentials.
3. Clinical judgment and review
Anvaya supports healthcare work but is not an autonomous treating clinician or emergency system. Transcriptions, suggested notes, generated summaries and medication-related text may be inaccurate. The responsible healthcare professional must verify records and make clinical decisions. Hospitals and practitioners must maintain appropriate supervision, safety and downtime procedures.
4. Medical records and provenance
Healthcare providers and lawful rightsholders retain their existing rights in clinical records. Users must preserve correct patient identity, actual authorship, verification status and dates. Corrections or amendments may retain prior entries and audit information for accountability. Do not falsify records or present a draft as a verified note.
5. Acceptable use
- Use Anvaya only within your authorised clinical or administrative scope.
- Do not access other hospitals' records, share credentials or bypass security protections.
- Do not transfer institutional clinical information into a personal account without proper authority.
- Do not upload malicious content or interfere with the platform.
- Do not provide identifiable patient data or screenshots in routine technical reports.
6. Privacy, AI and third parties
Relevant information may be processed by supporting identity, hosting, storage, speech and AI services as described in the Privacy Notice. The user and customer must have proper authority to enter clinical information. TEIHSRA Health Intelligence does not obtain ownership of medical records merely because software processes them.
7. Plans and availability
Anvaya may be offered through evaluation, free, paid or individually arranged services. The applicable offer or written customer agreement determines available functionality, any fees, support and termination conditions. Service access may be affected by maintenance, network availability and upstream providers.
8. Support and incidents
Use the appropriate support route for routine software problems. A serious patient-safety, privacy or security incident must be immediately raised with the responsible hospital or practice through its established escalation procedures. For ordinary guidance, consult Help.
9. Changes and separate agreements
These initial terms may be revised as the service develops and are subject to further legal review. A properly concluded individual or institutional service agreement may contain more specific or additional provisions. Nothing here is intended to remove legal duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
