Help & Support

Guidance for account access, documentation and safe troubleshooting.

Initial public version · Updated 20 October 2026
Urgent patient care: follow your institution's clinical escalation and downtime procedure. Anvaya support is not an emergency medical service. Never submit identifiable patient records through an ordinary technical-report channel.

Clinician quick tour

New to Anvaya? Take a short guided tour of Patients, Admit Patient, Rounds and ADD NOTE. It highlights the real interface but does not submit, modify or save any patient, note or round. The tour is optional and can be skipped at any time.

Start or replay the clinician walkthrough. Sign in with your authorised clinical account if prompted. A separate detailed learning tutorial is planned for this Help area.

Use the Google account authorised for Anvaya. If you cannot access the correct hospital, clinic or workspace, contact your institution or practice administrator. Never share passwords or identity tokens to seek support.

Finding a patient

From the Patients workspace, select the authorised admission. Check the institution, unit, patient identity and admission status before documenting. If a patient is missing, ask an administrator to review access or filters rather than creating a duplicate admission.

Notes and dictation

Select the right patient and note type before capturing or typing information. Review speech transcripts and AI-produced drafts for clinical accuracy, laterality, date/time, medications and other important details before submitting or verifying.

Corrections and discharge summaries

Use available amendment, addendum or correction controls to preserve proper provenance. Review generated case/discharge summaries against the clinical record and source notes. Do not work around an editing error by making an untraceable duplicate.

Common problems

Google sign-in does not work

Confirm the right Google account, network connection and browser state. Ask your administrator whether you have access to that workspace.

Microphone or note submission fails

Check microphone permissions and connectivity. Preserve drafts safely; note the approximate time and which screen failed, without copying patient content into a general report.

A record or printable output appears incorrect

Use the responsible clinical correction or review workflow. Escalate anything that could affect current patient care immediately.

Reporting software problems

A separate Report Issue workflow for ordinary Anvaya users is being developed. Until available, describe the technical problem to your institution administrator and ask for an appropriate escalation to TEIHSRA Health Intelligence. Include the screen, observed behaviour and steps to reproduce, but not patient identifiers or medical notes.

Urgent patient-safety or confidentiality issues must follow the hospital or practice's emergency escalation process without waiting for routine product support.
